Parent to Parent, Inc. (PTP) is a California nonprofit corporation; it is tax-exempt under Internal Revenue Code section 501(c)(3), was established in 2001 by Dr. Donna Broadnax and members for families who live in low-income housing communities in the greater Los Angeles. Target population are adults age 18 up, over 300 individuals and families were served and 83% reached the target goal.

Parent to Parent, Inc. is a virtual and on-site program requested by agencies or individuals. Workshops and Seminars provide a supportive network to develop resiliency and maintain healthy families in communities. We assist families to become resilient, by providing resources, developing social and emotional skills that supports and educate the entire family unit. Also, help families learn effective parenting, mental health resources, leadership skills, self-esteem building and entrepreneurial skills. Our primary focus to assist, rebuild families to reach their full potential. 

We are driven to do our part in making the world a better place. We strive to build productive relationships and make a positive impact with all our pursuits. Commitment, transparency, innovation. These three values have stood at the center of the PTP mission. PTP strives to assist families through a holistic approach by addressing the various crisis that tends to weaken the family unit.  We wholeheartedly commit to the work we do with passion and dedication, transparently sharing it with the Los Angeles community and inviting others to participate. On top of this, we challenge ourselves to think creatively, applying an innovative approach to everything we do. This mission drives the continued success of Parent to Parent, Inc.
