Dr. Donna Broadnax

As the Founder and CEO of Parent to Parent, Inc., a nonprofits organization dedicated to offering services, resources to improve and strengthen families and their communities. Dr. Broadnax, board members and volunteers are responsible for running the organization. She has a proven track record and over 20 years of experience driving family growth in the Los Angeles. Dr. Broadnax has been a community activist, resident, community board member for Imperial Courts Housing Development, an entrepreneur in the Watts community. Through advocating, monitoring, and nourishing at-risk youth and their families, families where reunited, strengthen and youth became self-sufficient, college graduates and lead successful careers. Mentored community-based organizations, receive many rewards from city officials as a Community Resident Advisor, Women of Strength Program, that promoted non-violent and independent living skills. Also 10 years with the Department of Children and Family Services, (DCFS).

She is currently retired after 29 years of services with Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles as Community Liaison Representative, 10yrs. Licensed Administrator for Intellectual Developmental Adults, Certified Direct Service Professional and 5yrs. Certified Life Coach. Currently board member and Student Coordinator of Saints of Value Ministerial Training Center and Bible College located in Downey California.

Prior to her success, she struggled with her own personal encounter with life’s unfortunate circumstances and understanding the importance of education and a strive for change. She strengthened her mind, attending college, participated in multiple community service projects. In addition, her praying life style and experience has made her Women of Excellence.
